QUALIFICATION - At GENIUS AULAD we believe that high quality education is better provided with staffs who are actively involved  in Early Childhood Education by taking classes, attending courses and continuing an active interest in the field, regardless of the staff paper qualification.
Throughout the year, we are conducting various on-going teacher training courses made compulsory to all teachers at all levels to maintain and upgrade their professional teaching acumen.
TEAM WORK - The staffs at GENIUS AULAD also effectively use a democratic teaching approach or team teaching. Team teaching demands constant communication between the staff and an ability to be honest and frank with each other. Teachers at GENIUS AULAD meet weekly at staff meetings to problem-solve, discuss, and brainstorm upcoming curriculum.
We also review the individual development of all children and the needs or concerns of our families. We communicate our intentions for the classroom, share our thoughts and make decisions as a team.
If conflicts arise we support each other openly in a resolution. Respect for each other's background, expertise and experience is vital for our team teaching which has created GENIUS AULAD’s team of happy and friendly teachers to welcome your children. |
QUALITIES - GENIUS AULAD's team must be without doubt, dedicated to children, enthusiastic and thorough in our approach. We enjoy working with fewer than sixes and have lots of energy and patience.
A large proportion of our staffs have been working in this company for many years and so provide stability in the workplace for each other, as well as the children and a very happy environment in which to work.
GROWTH – At GENIUS AULAD we are serious in helping individuals who are craving for career growth. Each teacher is regarded as GENIUS AULAD’s Apprentice and is therefore being positioned systematically in various teaching and working experiences.  This is to ensure that they can later become an effective team leader or a Centre Manager of GENIUS AULAD. It is evident that ultimately these team leaders are groomed at diverse level to be entrepreneurs to acquire the ownership of their own centre of GENIUS AULAD.
